I have been sanitizing the treatment rooms, The waiting area, and my office. I started my business in 2005. I have always used sanitary hygiene practices. I had always wash my hands before and after every client, used clean, fresh sheets for every client, and wiped all surfaces with a disinfectant wipe between clients. Establishing a clean facility and having proper practitioner hygiene has always been my goal. I take my client's health and mine very seriously. Please let's use common sense. If you are not feeling well, stay home. If I am not feeling well, I will not be working.
Please wear your mask to all appointments. If you would like me to wear latex gloves, I will. If you feel more comfortable wearing loose clothing than getting under the sheets, that is perfectly fine. I have many clients that have done this before Covid-19.
I want to thank all of my clients for your continued support. I look forward to seeing you again, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps I take to keep you and every client safe.
As a licensed massage therapist, I have had the privilege of combining the benefits of many modalities and techniques. This enables me to treat the body as a whole, to create balance and alignment in the body. The use of these modalities and my experience as a medical massage therapist and a myoskeletal alignment therapist have helped me to meet the specific needs of each individual client as they are presented.
My goal is to maintain leading edge training in my industry and to continually improve the excellence of my techniques through involvement in associations and through communications with clients and peers.

Our Bodies Live For Movement....
The human body is comprised of the axial skeleton (spine), upper and lower extremities, and
joints where two or more joints meet. Each articulating surface is designed to provide movement.
Therefore, it is essential that individuals pay close attention not only to posture, workplace ergonomics,
and stress-reducing activities, but always engage in a maintenance program which includes
corrective exercise and manual therapy.
